The symptoms of menopause vary greatly from woman to woman and may be few & minor or frequent and miserable. They are no laughing matter.

 Heart disease is the commonest cause of death in women, far more so than cancer, even breast cancer.

Only antiquated, oral forms of hormone cause an increase in clotting & stroke risk.

 Cumulative consequences of the menopause build up inexorably when HRT is avoided.

 Publishers & government analysts of the WHIM study which only involved oral horse-derived estrogen's loudly proclaimed an increased dementia risk from HRT.  They were grossly wrong!
